Katye – I am running a race every month but January this year. I will probably double up on one month so that I get in twelve total. If you are up for a road trip, let me know. I have a half in April (they also run a 10K same time) in Ithaca, NY and am going to run Utica’s Boilermaker (15K) in July.
I’m doing the same type of thing! I didn’t pick it as a goal until the last week of January so it’s 2/10-1/11 for me. Have fun!
Hi Katye. I just came across your blog via “It’s Just One Foot In Front Of The Other” (http://itsjustonefootinfrontoftheother.blogspot.com). Since I saw you still had August open on your race schedule this year, I thought you might like to know about the Annapolis 10-Miler. It’s on August 29th this year. The price tag is a little hefty, but you get a nice finishers gift (last year it was a technical pullover shirt), and it seems to be one of the biggest races around her (but I’m new to Annapolis, so I could be wrong). I ran it last year for the first time and plan on a repeat this year. If you are interested, registration opens June 1st at http://www.annapolisstriders.org/. It sells out pretty quickly. Happy running!
Hi, I just found your blog — and I think I may have met your briefly this morning (in the line for the pot-o-pots with Erin? …haha… awkward!). Aaanyway, if you’re looking for a December race I hear the Jingle Bell run is a good time, though I haven’t run it myself yet. Hope you had a good race this am!
hi! I was actually running next to you for a bit. Wonderful race, love it! I work for Charm City Run so I race a decent amount of local races. So many good ones!
i just came across your blog via http://www.runcourtrun.com and my new years resolution was 12 in 2010! ive done more than just the 12 but im glad to see that youre having such great success with your goal as i am. awesome! keep it up, just two more to go!

How about the Annapolis 10 miler for August? It’s a killer with the heat and hills but they always have an awesome schwag! registration starts April 1st and it fills up quick!
Opps! Just realized someone else had already mentioned A-10. Sorry!
Thanks for the reminder! I would really like to do this one this year. Last year my baby cousin (who is no longer a baby haha) ran it as her first big race and I was so proud of her and told her I’d run it with her this year. I have to remember to register!
