First and foremost, I am a college student working in special education and elementary education. I write, proofread, and correct things all day. Meaning I don’t tend to reread what I write on this blog and that leaves room so MANY grammatical and spelling errors. Is it professional? Nope. Is this a “professional blog?” nope! Its for fun! So I apologize in advance for the many errors you will probably encounter ; )
This blog was something I created a running journal for myself and I never really expected anyone to start reading it. I love my readers and your comments and opinions are always welcome! That being said…this is my blog. I write about what I want and I don’t write about things that I don’t. I have opinions. They may not always be right or similar to your own views but my goal is never to offend anyone. However, if you don’t like it…don’t read it (although I hope you do enjoy reading and stick around!)
I am a certified distance running coach (5K-marathon) and have my own ideas and opinions on running based off of what I’ve learned, what I’ve experienced, and also what I learn from all of you! But there is no plan or method that will work for everyone! There may be certain methods that I seem to endorse or talk about more than others, but never claim to be an expert!
I have also spent my share of time with nutritionists, trainers, and various other specialists and have developed my own opinions on certain nutrition and resistance training. But I hold absolutely NO CERTIFICATION in either of these areas!
Occasionally I review products and sometimes I get to give stuff away. Some of the products are given to me for free, however my opinions cannot be bought. I won’t say I love something if I don’t and I will be honest about products, companies, service, and quality. So if you are interested in something I’m reviewing, I assure you I am not simply playing up a company because they gave me something for free.

I have been reading and looking at this exercise program that I saw called “Brazil Butt Lift” & I was wondering if you have tried it and if so, then how did it work for you? Good luck in all your running edevores & wish you the very best.
